"We had the most wonderful experience with Northlight and I would recommend them to anyone doing a home project. They built a beautiful playroom for our children. From start to finish the process was positive and professional! They took the stress out of a major home project, which says a lot! I loved the process they use to evaluate the project and develop a quote. They have a skilled project manager who provides very detailed estimate information- you actually KNOW what you are buying and what the estimate is. Before you start the project, you sign a contract with the amount and it doesn’t change even if the project takes longer. Our project took a few extra weeks and it did not cost more. Northlight was very professional though the whole project, showed up on time and communicated regularly. They also have an app that you can use to communicate, pay invoices and select finishings easily. Again, it made the process stress free for me! And, the workmanship was top notch and turned out beautifully! I will be using Northlight for any future projects."

"I had an especially difficult repair that required demolishing two bathrooms simultaneously. Northlight Custom Builders carefully and methodically identified the problem, developed a sound method to repair it, and then proceeded to implement their plan. The repair was a lengthy process that involved tearing the bathrooms down to their studs and rebuilding them. Every step of the way the Northlight folks were careful, on time, kept me in the loop about what was going on, and cleaned up after themselves. They patiently answered my numerous questions. Sean, the project manager, was especially good to work with. I hated having to make the repairs since they were caused by the careless work of another, different contractor, but I am glad I found Northlight to do the work. Both bathrooms are now beautiful. Northlights Custom Builders will be my first choice for any future projects."

"From design through completion, we had an excellent experience. The team gave us great suggestions and worked hard to make our renovation ideas a reality that we love! We did a complete replacement of our kitchen, remodeled a hallway to become a large pantry and closet and had some new doors installed. There were also electrical installations and full repainting. That's a lot of people and projects, but the whole plan ran smoothly with no significant delays. Shout out to Rihanna for the great design and Sean for managing the whole project!"

Northlight Custom Builders was AMAZING. I really enjoyed the clear, organized process in the Buildertrend app they used. Everyone was always on the same page - from billing to demo. The work they did was outstanding - all the sub contractors were great, too. We had zero issues start to finish, and they were always punctual and finished the job on-time. We ended up with two beautiful remodeled bathrooms! Craig, the lead, was the BEST and so professional and kind - he really felt like part of our family. Northlight will be our remodel company from now on.
